To effectively manage the development, procurement, contracting, and the channeling of materials needed to support internal and external services, major manufacturing processes, and building systems. These skills coincide with the company’s ability to provide technical assistance in negotiating contracts and processing change orders.
Working with various chemical processing plants, steel fabrication shops, and water waste/water treatment firms gives us working experiences in detailed design engineering and related practices, structural and machine design, manufacturing methods, fabrication techniques, material handling, and pumping system designs. This knowledge includes designing and testing aluminum smelting equipment, bulk conveyors, pumping systems, pressure vessels, and rotary equipment systems used for managing production and process projects for the water treatment and tobacco industry, monitoring the contractor’s work, reviewing construction or fabrication drawings, and approving necessary field changes.
Diversified program/project management and proposal experience, and development of whitepapers, strategic management plans, Request for Proposals (RFPs).
In the public sector, ALSENIOR has experience managing a staff of engineers and tradesmen responsible for providing new installations, alterations, repairs, and maintenance services for all city owned buildings and equipment, including two health care sites totaling 500k sq. ft., Other general maintenance responsible included overseeing various custodial and contractual services, report writing, costs estimate, and project tracking.
In the private sector ALSENIOR has provided supervision for the technical analysis of chemical processes that involved the design and testing of bulk conveyor systems, various pumping systems, installation of various plant alterations, including responsibilities for startup and commissioning of utility systems packaging modules. In addition, ALSENIOR’s CEO has helped resolve problems with R&D personnel both internally and externally regarding related systems. We have been responsible for design approval, report writing, construction cost estimates and tracking, and provided technical assistance to the company’s Production and Marketing Divisions.
In Production, ALSENIOR has twenty years of providing detailed design drawings relating to detailed structural, mechanical and hydraulic calculations, and design of various water, waste and ion exchange equipment, steam drums, waste boiler heaters, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, steel support structures, platforms, etc.
In Marketing, ALSENIOR has assumed responsibilities for field process test data analysis of pilot facilities, new products, and the translation of data into detailed design scopes that were used for fabrication and field installations.
