Co-Owner / President / Acting HR Director- Consultant 

Carnetta is responsible for the day to day functioning of the organization and assists the president interfacing between the board of directors and the managers or the departmental heads in the organization.  She will keep the ship moving and directly manage all the managers on a daily basis.  Carnetta is responsible for managing the daily details of charting out the road map to reach company goals, and look at cost-cutting measures and the utilization of resources optimally and in the best possible manner. She will help ensure that the company works smoothly in its pursuit of achieving the goals that have been communicated to it.  Her role as Acting-President is to ensure that there is a smooth functioning of all the roles such as human resources, infrastructure and equipment to be able to generate the profits expected of them.

As HR Director, Carnetta is responsible for the overall company operations, policies and procedures, and manages and directs the recruiting of building trades and engineering support groups.

Carnetta manages and directs company functions including operating budgets, staffing, wage reviews, work assignments, and performance evaluations.
