Development Consultant
Col Robinson served 30 years in command and staff positions at Squadron, Group, Wing and Headquarters levels. A Command Pilot, he has logged almost 4700 flying hours in a variety of military aircraft and over 5000 hours as a commercial airline pilot. After commanding the 164th Airlift Wing in Memphis, TN, he served as the Director of Operations (A-3) at the Joint Force Headquarters, Tennessee National Guard in Nashville, TN. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the United States Air Force Academy (1991) and a Master’s Degree from the University of Southern California (1995). His professional military education includes Squadron Officers School, Air Command and Staff College, and Air War College. His military awards include Legion of Merit, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal and Global War on Terrorism. He has volunteered in numerous community organizations; Chairman, Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals; Vice President, Tuskegee Airmen Inc. Sam Bruce Chapter; and presently as a Board Member on the American Red Cross Mid-South Chapter and The Academy @ Shawnee Aviation Advisory Committee. He dutifully serves as a MD-11 Captain at United Parcel Service.
