Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
This is a senior level position that oversees financial functions for all ALSENIOR locations, such as accounts payable/receivable, prepares payroll, enters all accounts, reconciles payroll, as well as vendor invoices, contracting invoices, and client invoices, while performing general accounting.
He/She prepares financial reports and various cost and/or statistical reports for the president’s review; and Establishes and maintains
records of transactions where follow-up action is required and recommends action for closing.
He/She provides counseling to the company on investment opportunities, consult with the latter needs, goals and tolerance for risk. This staff person is entrusted with the task of providing advice or counsel in order to aid the process of investment and asset management.
He/She assist the company’s owners and budget analyst on how
to invest in real estate, budgeting the company’s finances and assist in the preparation of comprehensive plans for employee retirement, and will be called upon to prepare a detailed plan for funding various initiatives. He/She requires keeping abreast of the financial markets, constantly monitoring the specific investments in clients portfolios,
and being on top of new investment strategies and investment vehicles. The advice given by this person helps the company to be confident about decision-making under uncertainty and under extreme time pressure, both in the acquisition of new clients and
in the pitching of investment ideas to its affiliates.
Oversees on the following financial reports on a quarterly base, and work with the corresponding advisory board member to provide:
- Budget Performance
- Bi-Annual Payroll Audits
- Financial Statements
- Operating Statistics
- Outcomes of Quarterly Audits
- Capital Planning Forecasts
