South African Training, Manufacturing & Housing Development

Inspired by Mr. Jonathan Butler (South African singer-songwriter and guitarist), ALSENIOR DEVELOPMENT INC. (ADI) has completed the CONCEPTUAL Design and Business Plan, and is now moving onto a feasibility study regarding housing and training program(s) benefiting USA and South African At-Risk students. Our initial verbal discussions were well received and was asked to develop overview of how the USA at-risk training program would mirror his South African program serving similar disadvantage youths.

ADI is proposing the described mixed-use development project that consist of FOUR facilities on four sites. One veterans’ health facility and health care training center constructed in the Commonwealth Virginia USA; ONE Logistics Center comprised warehousing and trade related training programs to be located within a shipping and dock facilities in one of the Mid-Atlantic States USA. Baltimore Maryland, Upper Marlboro, Maryland, or Norfolk Virginia are currently being considered as USA locations for these docks area combination logistics, shipping, and training facilities; ONE Logistics Center located along the of Cape Town South Africa shipping and receiving docks; and ONE mixed-use housing, after care, and training center also located in Cape Town South Africa. Once the main facilities are in place, we intend to have already begone building affordable housing throughout the South African and neighboring regions.

This mixed-use development program is composed THREE Projects as follows:

Project 1 is comprised of  (1) veterans’ health facility and health care training center constructed in the Commonwealth of Virginia USA.

Project 2 is comprised of (2) Logistics Centers constructed at (1) site in the Mid-Atlantic States USA and the other in Cape Town South Africa. Once complete, we anticipate moving onto constructing low-income housing throughout South Africa. 

Project 3 is comprised of (1) Mixed-Use Housing, After Care and Training Facilities.

The additional trade related training programs would only be an addition to what is currently being administered at TWO locations in Cape Town Africa, and shall be implemented with no disruption to the current after-hours arts programs.

NOTE: Although other sites are NOT part of this development plan, ADI is informing investors of our intent to present proposal of similar development sites in Ghana; and South Africa Communities such as West Cape,  Zimbabwe, and Gauteng. Therefore, we do not plan to build and leave as others do, but become a life-long partner in this effort.
